Cancellation Policy

Fair, simple, and human

Life happens — plans change. Here’s how I handle lesson cancellations and reschedules so we both know where we stand.

More than 24 hours notice

No charge. Let me know by email or text and we’ll pick a new time that works — usually within the same week.

Less than 24 hours notice

The lesson is charged in full. I’ll always try to offer a reschedule within the same week if a slot’s free, but I can’t guarantee it.

Illness, emergencies & genuine surprises

I’d rather you rested and came back sharp than pushed through a bad day. Message me as soon as you know — we’ll find a way to make it work, no-charge in most cases.

If I need to cancel

If I have to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you’ll get the lesson back at no cost — either rescheduled within the same week, or credited to your next block.

No-shows

If I don’t hear from you and you miss the lesson, it’s charged in full. After a repeated pattern I may ask to pre-pay future lessons.

Lesson packs & blocks

Pre-paid blocks are valid for three months from the date of purchase. Unused lessons don’t roll over past that, so they stay easy to plan around.

Got a question about any of this? Email me at christhomashall.business@gmail.com — I’d always rather have the conversation than enforce a rule rigidly.
